An Animu Dance production - dance & tech

Geomorphosis unfolds within a shifting landscape of light, projection, and movement. The body moves in constant dialogue with its environment—shaped by it while simultaneously reshaping it.

Through the interplay of darkness and illumination, the performer passes through evolving states, where perception, space, and physical presence continuously transform. Projection does not serve as background, but as an active force—altering the conditions in which the body exists and moves.

As the work progresses, a fragile balance emerges between control and surrender, conditioning and freedom. Rather than resolving these oppositions, Geomorphosis inhabits the tension between them—revealing a body in continuous negotiation with the forces that surround it.
